Als HR- und Office Manager*in bei superneo arbeitest Du eng mit unserem super Team und unserer Geschäftsleitung zusammen, und hältst die Fäden für alle administrativen Aufgaben in der Hand. Diese Position bietet Dir die Möglichkeit, Dein Wissen im HR- und Office-Management einzubringen und weiter auszubauen.

Aufgaben

  • Du verantwortest das Office Management: Organisierst den Büroalltag, überwachst Materialbestände, koordinierst interne Abläufe und schaffst eine Wohlfühlatmosphäre im Büro.
  • Du bist für die administrativen HR-Aufgaben zuständig: Verwaltest Ein- und Austritte sowie Personalveränderungen, pflegst (digitale) Personalakten, erstellst Arbeitsverträge und Zeugnisse.
  • Du unterstützt das On- und Offboarding unserer Mitarbeiter*innen.
  • Du bist die Schnittstelle zu unserem Lohnbüro.
  • Du bist erste*r Ansprechpartner*in für personalbezogene Anfragen.
  • Du planst und organisierst kleinere, interne Events und Happenings (Weihnachtsfeier, Sommerfest, Get-Togethers etc.).
  • Mit deiner Hands-on Mentalität packst Du gerne mit an und unterstützt das Team tatkräftig.

Profil

  • Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung, Studium oder ähnliche Qualifikation.
  • Relevante Berufserfahrung in einer HR-Administrations- und Assistenzrolle.
  • Hervorragende Organisationsqualitäten und die Fähigkeit, in einem schnelllebigen Umfeld parallel Aufgaben zu bewältigen.
  • Teamplayer und eine offene und kommunikative Persönlichkeit.
  • Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office und Lernbereitschaft für neue Tools.
  • Fließende Deutschkenntnisse und gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift.
